Andrew Lopianowski
Andrew Lopianowski is Founder & Managing Director of HumanCorps and co-author of HumanCorps: Redesigning Organisations for the Wisdom Age (Routledge, 2026). He works with CEOs, executive teams and boards to help organisations navigate complexity, accelerate transformation and build the leadership capabilities needed for an AI-enabled future.
Over the past two decades, Andrew has advised organisations across professional services, financial services, technology, government and higher education. Previously a Director at PwC and Partner at Korn Ferry, he has facilitated more than 1,000 senior leaders and supported executive teams through strategy execution, organisational transformation, leadership succession and culture change.
Andrew's work focuses on helping organisations redesign leadership, organisational performance and decision-making for the Wisdom Age, combining human judgement with emerging technologies to create organisations that are more adaptive, resilient and capable of sustained performance.
Mike Pino, PhD
Mike Pino, PhD, is a senior partner at HumanCorps and co-author of HumanCorps: Redesigning Organisations for the Wisdom Age (Routledge, 2026). He advises organisations on the intersection of strategy, technology and talent, helping leaders harness AI to improve organisational performance and decision-making.
Mike has spent more than twenty-five years building technology-enabled solutions across global organisations, including leadership roles at Cognizant, PwC, GE and Harvard Business Publishing. His work has ranged from developing award-winning learning platforms to leading AI-enabled workforce transformation and enterprise capability programmes.
Today, Mike works with organisations to embed AI into the flow of work, helping leaders move beyond experimentation to create practical, trusted and scalable approaches that strengthen organisational capability and long-term performance.
Tania Lennon
Dr Tania Lennon is a senior partner at HumanCorps and co-author of Future Ready Talent (Kogan Page, 2026). Her focus in enabling organisations to harness the full potential of their people to drive value creation and competitive advantage. She helps organisations identify, unlock and amplify the talent needed to thrive in an AI-enriched world.
An organisational psychologist, Tania brings more than twenty years' experience spanning consulting, executive education and applied research. Most recently she led the Strategic Talent Lab at IMD, working with over 150 clients and building a suite of innovative digital assessment tools. She has also held senior leadership roles with Korn Ferry, ZS Associates and Pearn Kandola, advising global organisations on talent, leadership and organisational performance.
Her work combines cutting-edge research with practical application, helping organisations rethink talent, leadership assessment and workforce capability for the future of work. She has been awarded for innovation in talent assessment and demonstrated impact in leader development. She is an active member of the Future Talent Council, known as the 'Davos of talent.'
Karl Daly
Karl Daly is a senior partner at HumanCorps and Founder of Claridade. An organisational psychologist, he advises organisations on leadership, talent and organisational performance, helping clients build the capability needed to deliver lasting change.
Karl has worked internationally across financial services, retail, government, manufacturing and professional services. Before founding Claridade, he held senior leadership roles with Hay Group and Korn Ferry, leading global teams responsible for developing innovative leadership assessment and development solutions for organisations across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
His work combines executive assessment, leadership development, coaching and organisational design to help organisations identify, develop and empower leaders capable of delivering sustainable business performance.
